Birth Package

As your Birth Doula you will receive the following:

• Free initial consult to see if we're a good match (facetime, in person or call)
• Two prenatal visits to prepare for birth & postpartum (1 hour each)-we make your "birth decision" plan, go over roles of partner, go over interventions and choices you may have to make, comfort measures, Q&A
• Available via phone/text/email from date of hire 
• 24-hour on-call availability around your due date
• My presence and support during your labor and birth-I will do my best to create a space you want. I will bring candles, oils, music, massage tools, peanut ball and whatever else we decide. I will provide support until your baby is born.
• Assistance with initial breastfeeding
• One post-partum call or visit to help with postpartum and talk about birth and I provide lactation cookies and other goodies. Also available: Abhyanga warm oil massage, Sitz bath herbs + Epsom salts, essential oils to relax, Belly  Binding 
• Available for Birth Center, Home and Hospital Birth
